Hubungan Asupan Harian Buah-Buahan dan Kacang-Kacangan Serta Aktivitas Fisik dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh Menurut Umur Pada Remaja Putri Overweight di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Gontor

Abstract
Prevalensi overweight pada remaja putri di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Gontor sebesar 31 persen. Pola makan dan kebiasaan makan yang tidak sehat merupakan faktor risiko utama overweight. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan antara konsumsi harian buah-buahan dan kacang-kacangan serta aktivitas fisik dengan IMT/U pada remaja putri overweight. Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional dengan desain cross-sectional yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Gontor dengan mengikutsertakan 100 partisipan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Konsumsi buah-buahan dan kacang-kacangan diukur menggunakan kuesioner food recall 24 jam dan data aktivitas fisik dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner aktivitas fisik. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik ganda dengan nilai ˂ 0,05. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan IMT/U (p=0,440), namun konsumsi kurang buah-buahan (OR= 2,44; 95%CI= 0,95-6,28; p= 0,064) dan kacang-kacangan (OR = 2,08; 95%CI = 0,73-5,94; p= 0,169) dapat meningkatkan IMT/U. Kesimpulannya, tidak ada hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan IMT/U, namun konsumsi harian buah-buahan dan kacang-kacangan yang rendah serta aktivitas fisik ringan meningkatkaan IMT/U remaja putri overweight di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Gontor.
