Pertambahan Berat Badan Ibu Selama Hamil dan Status Gizi Bayi Baru Lahir Pada Ibu Hamil dengan Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) di Kabupaten Tulungagung

Abstract
Status gizi bayi baru lahir dipengaruhi oleh status gizi ibu selama kehamilan. Berat badan kurang dan panjang badan pendek pada bayi baru lahir, meningkatkan risiko kejadian stunting. Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil mempengaruhi pertumbuhan janin dan menjadi pertimbangan capaian peningkatan berat selama kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pertambahan berat badan ibu. Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) selama hamil dengan status gizi bayi baru lahir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 182 ibu hamil Kurang Energi Kronis yang telah mendapatkan pendampingan selama 6 bulan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Desember 2022. Data pertambahan berat badan ibu hamil, berat badan lahir dan panjang badan lahir diambil dari buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA). Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Chi-Square. Rata-rata penambahan berat badan ibu selama hamil sebesar 10,18±3,71 Kg, berat badan lahir sebesar 2829±452,88 gram dan panjang badan lahir sebesar 48,19±1,71 cm. Analisis menunjukan pertambahan berat badan ibu hamil KEK berhubungan dengan gizi kurang pada bayi baru lahir (p=0,000) dan panjang badan lahir pendek (p=0,004). Ibu hamil KEK dengan pertambahan berat badan sesuai anjuran berhubungan dengan kelahiran bayi dengan berat badan dan panjang badan normal. Pemantauan pertambahan berat badan ibu selama hamil perlu dilakukan secara rutin, agar tercapai target peningkatan berat badan sesuai anjuran sehingga kelahiran bayi dengan status gizi normal dapat dicapai.
