TY - JOUR TI - Hubungan Antara Konsumsi Kasein, Gluten, dan Pola Aktivitas yang Khas Pada Anak 196 Penyandang Autis di Denpasar PY - 2023/06/04 Y2 - 2025/11/08 JF - TEMU ILMIAH NASIONAL PERSAGI JA - TINPERSAGI VL - 1 SE - 3. SIMPOSIA TIN PERSAGI 2005 - Gizi Klinik dan Dietetik UR - https://tin.persagi.org/index.php/tin/article/view/146 SP - 196-202 AB - The gluten and casein food resources are no feeding to autism child, because they were a low bioavailability protein. They were also a harmful substance for central nervous system, since they were exchange to casomorph and gluteomorph in the brain bloodstream. So the kind of this protein is truly excluded in the autism child dietary. The principle study is to explain the relationship between casein and gluten food pattern and the specific behavior of autism children. The subjects are 30 autism children who take special therapy in RS Sanglah. The pattern of casein and gluten intake can estimated by the children food habits, and the specific behavior can observed by the common attitude for example : non vision contact; Speech and communication disorders; hyperactivity; non response for call sign; atypical emotional gesture; and smell or sound hypersensitivity. In the result, here is a different casein and gluten pattern by the specific attitude. The means of gluten level in a hypersensitivity child is 37.3 ± 35.1% but in the children without hypersensitivity is just reached 30.1 ± 21.6%. In the children with atypical emotional gesture, the means of gluten level is 32.9 ± 26.4% but in the children without atypical emotional gesture is only 30.1 ± 22.5%. The difference means of gluten level can also see in the other common behaviors. In the children with non response for call sign, the means of gluten level is 33.5 ± 25.4%, but in the children without this is just reach 29.6 ± 23.0%. In the casein level, the means is 37.6 ± 34.7% for the hypersensitivity children and 24.0 ± 19.7% for the children without hypersensitivity. But in the atypical emotional gesture, the casein level is no difference (25.3% vs. 26.9%) and also in no response for call sign (26.2% vs. 26.3%). As the conclusion, we found the difference behavioral tendency in the autism children with casein and gluten free dietary, and so recommended the advanced study to describe more specific dietary for the autism child.
