AB  - Pregnancy can effect the health status of the mother and fetus in the future. Low level of knowledge, attitudes and behavior regarding the consumption of food formulas during pregnancy can increase the risk of complications for the mother and fetus. The aim of the study to determine the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of pregnant women towards the consumption of food formula during pregnancy at Ubud, Gianyar. This research is an observational study with a cross sectional design.Sampling using probability random sampling method by means of Simple Random Sampling with a total sample of 147 mothers of children under five who met the inclusion criteria. Analysis of the data was performed by statistical program with chi square analysis. The results in this study obtained that the majority of mothers under five (68.03%) were spread between the age group of 20-35 years. There is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about nutrition for mothers in Ubud. There is no correlation between attitudes and practice of using formula food during pregnancy among mothers in Ubud. It is recommended that education and nutrition monitoring for pregnant women and toddlers be carried out, especially for pregnant women and toddlers with low socio-demographic and socio-economic conditions.
