This study aimed to determine the relationship between energy and nutrient intake, physical activity, and smoking habit with cardiorespiratory endurance of male students of Electromedical Engineering Department Health Polytechnic Jakarta II. This study used cross-sectional designs with 49 samples that matched the inclusion criteria. Energy and nutrient intake were collected by 2x24 hours food recall, physical activity levels were collected by GPAQ, smoking habits were collected from interviews, and cardiorespiratory endurance was measured by YMCA 3-Minutes Step Test. The results showed that there were significant relationships between energy, protein, carbohydrate, magnesium, potassium intake, physical activity level, and smoking habit with cardiorespiratory endurance of male students. Therefore, it can be concluded that energy and nutrient intake, physical activity level, and smoking habits are related to the cardiorespiratory endurance of male students of the Electromedical Engineering Department.
